Your YouTube channel jumping now
Your SoundCloud page on fire
Your bank account full of money now
Your favorite Yes Man's standing right by ya
Your homeboy say he ain't trill
You tell him chill, turn the music higher
Roll up a blunt, blow the clouds out
The bitches in your DM is getting finer
This is the life of a young rapper
Niggas want to World Star you for the love of jewelry
You bought a burner for them chain snatchers
Now cops wanna send you to the judge and jury
Still ain't safe, call some street niggas
They gon' hold you down, like "Oh for surely"
Until you cross one of them G niggas
Now you getting robbed by your own security
Deaf, dumb and blind; should've seen the signs
But you was too busy juggling drug addictions
Fell asleep on the lean, hoes posting pictures
Now your bitch is out here beefing with your other bitches
I ain't judging you cuz I was there too
Shit I was getting faded with a couple bitches
My money got low, the hoes got low
Damn I'm like what happened to the hugs and kisses
That's how it is in the fast lane
You stepping on the gas before the light change
You get the Freshmen cover and your life change
All eyes on you
A letter to who's ever next my nigga
I don't want you to fail the test my nigga
I wanna see you at your best my nigga
Get money, stay fresh my nigga
A letter to who's ever next my nigga
I don't want you to fail the test my nigga
I wanna see you at your best my nigga
Get money, stay fresh my nigga
Listen to this verse with your imagination
The crowd's around the corner, all of your fans are waiting
Soon as you hit the stage, you feeling the adoration
You giving 'em that work minus the application
The crowd is going up because the track's blazing
But nobody told you that you was rapping basic
So they gon' outgrow you after their graduation
Cuz the music you're making ain't matching their maturation
And the people that used to pat your back at back the station
They on a different wave, you feeling the aggravation
Wishing you could go back, study a craft and ace it
Even your A&R knew you was wack and praised it
He ain't calling you back, he found a fast replacement
Sites that used to post your music changing at arrangement
If you study the greats, you would probably rap amazing
Your skills equal longevity
A letter to who's ever next my nigga
I don't want you to fail the test my nigga
I wanna see you at your best my nigga
Get money, stay fresh my nigga
A letter to who's ever next my nigga
I don't want you to fail the test my nigga
I wanna see you at your best my nigga
Get money, stay fresh my nigga
