H-Blockx è un gruppo musicale tedesco di genere nu metal. Il nome del gruppo è un omaggio ai partecipanti allo sciopero della fame irlandese del 1981 detenuti nella prigione di Maze, conosciuta colloquialmente come "The H Blocks". Il gruppo ha raggiunto popolarità negli anni '90 con il loro sound aggressivo e le sonorità metal. Tra i brani più rappresentativi si ricordano "Die Wahrheit", "Wir sind die Besten" e "Der Tag der Rache".
