Testo Northern town Wet Wet Wet

Northern town

When I was young I didn't know
I didn't know what I was feeling
Somewhere in my heart I found
Luv in a northern town

We turned our faces to the sun
We threw our stones into the river
But they never made a sound
Luv in a northern town

I know that you'll be waiting in shadows and the light
And they say you always hurt the ones you luv
I may not get to heaven but I'm trying to make it right
With luv I found in a northern town

I was broken when you came
I couldn't let my heart believe it
I was caught up in the game
But I had no mind to see it

I know that you'll be waiting in shadows and the light
And they say you always hurt the ones you luv
I may not get to heaven but I'm trying to make it right
With luv I found in a northern town

Sometimes I go back to that place
Sometimes I let my heart remember
When we both had our arms around
Luv in a northern town

I know that you'll be waiting in shadows and the light
And they say you always hurt the ones you luv
I may not get to heaven but I'm trying to make it right
With luv I found in a northern town
With luv I found in a northern town
