Kukl è stato un gruppo musicale islandese attivo tra gli anni '80 e '90. Fondato nel 1983 da Birgir Mogensen, Björk e Einar Arnaldur Melax, il gruppo si è distinto per un sound sperimentale che mescolava elementi di musica elettronica, post-punk e noise. Tra i loro album più noti figurano "The Eye", "Holidays in Europe (The Naughty Nought)" e "Songull". Kukl ha partecipato a numerosi festival musicali europei e ha collaborato con artisti come The Sugarcubes. La band si è sciolta nel 1990, lasciando un'eredità di musica innovativa e influente.
