Mt. Helium è stato un gruppo musicale alternative metal statunitense formatosi a Los Angeles nel 1999. Il gruppo ha pubblicato tre album in studio: "The Apex Theory" (2001), "The Second Coming" (2003) e "The Last Stand" (2005). La loro musica è caratterizzata da sonorità pesanti, riff di chitarra distorti e testi introspettivi. Tra i brani più noti del gruppo figurano "The Apex Theory", "Second Coming" e "Last Stand". Mt. Helium si è sciolto nel 2006.
