Arena è una storica band britannica di progressive rock, attiva dal 1975 al 1980 e poi riunita sporadicamente negli anni successivi. Considerati uno dei gruppi più rappresentativi del movimento progressivo inglese degli anni '70, Arena hanno pubblicato tre album in studio: "The Last Illusion" (1976), "Songs from the Lion's Head" (1978) e "Squaring the Circle" (1980). Il loro sound è caratterizzato da melodie intricate, arrangiamenti complessi e un forte uso di tastiere. Tra i brani più noti di Arena figurano "The Last Illusion", "The Devil's Advocate" e "The Great Escape". La band ha collaborato con diversi musicisti di spicco del panorama progressive rock britannico, tra cui il batterista John Wetton (King Crimson).
