Raphael Saadiq, pseudonimo di Charles Ray Wiggins, è un cantautore, musicista, produttore discografico e compositore statunitense nato a Oakland, California, nel 1972. Considerato uno dei pilastri del neo soul contemporaneo, ha raggiunto fama internazionale negli anni '90 come membro del gruppo Tony! Toni! Toné!, con cui ha pubblicato tre album di successo tra il 1990 e il 1996. Dopo la pausa del gruppo, Saadiq ha intrapreso una carriera solista di grande successo, pubblicando album come "Instant Vintage" (2008) e "Stone Rollin'" (2011), che hanno riscosso l'apprezzamento della critica e del pubblico. Saadiq è noto per la sua voce calda e potente, le sue melodie orecchiabili e il suo talento per la produzione musicale.
