Pierce the Veil è una band post-hardcore sperimentale proveniente da San Diego, in California. Originariamente conosciuta come Before Today, la band ha debuttato nel 2006 con l'EP "The Burning Pines". Il loro stile musicale si caratterizza per un mix di melodie melodiche e riff pesanti, influenzati dal metalcore, dall'emo e dalla musica elettronica.
