Edguy è una power metal band tedesca proveniente da Fulda, fondata nel 1992. Considerati uno dei gruppi più importanti del genere, hanno raggiunto un vasto successo internazionale grazie a un sound caratterizzato da melodie orecchiabili, riff heavy e testi epici. Il loro stile musicale fonde elementi di heavy metal classico, power metal e progressive rock, con influenze anche dal fantasy e dalla letteratura gotica.
