Patent Pending è un gruppo musicale statunitense formatosi nel 2006 a New York City. Il loro genere musicale si colloca nell'ambito del pop punk e dell'alternative rock, caratterizzato da melodie orecchiabili, testi ironici e una forte componente di energia live. Il gruppo ha pubblicato diversi album, tra cui "Through the Window" (2010), "Child of God" (2013) e "Drive By" (2016).
