Self Esteem è il nome d'arte di Rebecca Lucy Taylor, cantautrice e musicista britannica nata a Londra nel 1987. Dopo aver studiato musica al Royal Holloway College, ha iniziato la sua carriera musicale come membro del gruppo indie-rock The Big Pink. Nel 2015 ha pubblicato il suo primo album in solitario, "I'm Fine", seguito da "Compliments" (2019) e "Prioritise Pleasure" (2022).
