Fifteen è stata una band punk rock formatasi grazie a Jeff Ott, che ne ha curato la stesura dei brani e ne è stato l'unico membro costante. Secondo Ott, il gruppo ha avuto un totale di quindici membri prima dello scioglimento avvenuto nel 2000: Jack Curran, Mikey Mischief, Mark Moreno, Jean Repetto, Lucky Dog, Chris Flanagan, John Ogle, Jesse Wickman, Joe Cable, John Quintos, Scott Pierce, Jim Prior, Lisa D., Vanessa Bain e lui stesso. Il genere musicale di Fifteen si colloca nell'ambito del punk rock con influenze hardcore. Nonostante la breve durata attiva, la band ha lasciato un segno nel panorama musicale underground degli anni '90.
