Skip Marley è un cantautore giamaicano, nipote del leggendario Bob Marley in quanto figlio di Cedella. Sin da giovane ha mostrato una forte passione per la musica, ereditando l'ispirazione e lo spirito reggae del suo illustre nonno. Nel 2017 ha raggiunto la fama internazionale collaborando con Katy Perry nel brano "Chained to the Rhythm", un successo globale che ha introdotto il suo stile musicale a un pubblico più ampio. Nel 2020 ha pubblicato il suo primo EP, "Higher Place", un lavoro acclamato dalla critica che gli è valso due nomination ai Grammy Awards 2021. Skip Marley continua ad esplorare nuove sonorità all'interno del genere reggae, mescolando influenze contemporanee e tradizionali per creare una musica autentica e profondamente coinvolgente. Tra i suoi brani più rappresentativi ricordiamo "That's Not True", "Slow Down" e "Make Me Feel Alright".
