The D.O.C., pseudonimo di Tracy Lynn Curry, è un rapper statunitense nato a Los Angeles, California, nel 1968. Attivo dal 1987 al 1990 e poi sporadicamente negli anni successivi, ha contribuito in modo significativo alla scena hip hop degli anni '80 con il suo stile di rap tecnico e le rime intricate. Il suo album di debutto, *No One Can Do It Better*, pubblicato nel 1989, è considerato un classico del genere. The D.O.C. è noto per aver collaborato con artisti come N.W.A., Dr. Dre e Snoop Dogg. La sua carriera è stata segnata da un grave incidente automobilistico nel 1990 che gli ha causato danni permanenti alla voce, costringendolo a ritirarsi dalla musica attiva.
