Fairyland è un gruppo musicale francese di genere symphonic power/speed metal attivo dal 1994. Fondato da **Sarah Jezebel Deva**, cantante nota per le sue collaborazioni con Mortiis e Therion, il gruppo ha raggiunto una certa popolarità nel panorama metal europeo grazie a un sound caratterizzato da melodie orecchiabili, riff potenti e arrangiamenti orchestrali. Tra i brani più rappresentativi si ricordano *«The Shadow of the Past»*, *«A New Dawn»* e *«Tears of the Moon»*. L'album di debutto *«The Fallen Angel»* (1996) è considerato un classico del genere symphonic metal. Fairyland ha collaborato con numerosi artisti, tra cui **Magnus Karlsson**, chitarrista noto per il suo lavoro con Primal Fear e DragonForce.
