Gli Old Crow Medicine Show sono un gruppo musicale bluegrass americano formatosi in Virginia nel 1998, trasferitosi poi a Nashville, Tennessee. Il loro sound è caratterizzato da una fusione di tradizioni bluegrass, folk e country, con influenze anche del rockabilly e della musica popolare americana. Considerati uno dei gruppi più importanti del revival bluegrass contemporaneo, hanno ottenuto un grande successo grazie alla loro energia live e al talento musicale dei componenti. Tra i brani più famosi figurano "Wagon Wheel", "Brushy Mountain Blues" e "Alabama High Test".
