Gary Clark Jr. è un chitarrista e cantante statunitense nato a Austin, Texas, nel 1984. Considerato uno dei più grandi talenti del blues moderno, ha saputo coniugare influenze tradizionali con sonorità contemporanee, guadagnandosi il plauso della critica e un seguito di appassionati in tutto il mondo. La sua musica è caratterizzata da una potente voce blues, un'eccezionale tecnica chitarristica e testi che esplorano temi come l'amore, la perdita e la lotta per la giustizia sociale.
