Rufio è una band pop punk originaria di Rancho Cucamonga, in California. Formatasi nel 1998, il gruppo ha raggiunto la notorietà negli anni 2000 con album come "The Great Escape" (2003) e "Songs for the Deaf" (2005). Il loro sound è caratterizzato da melodie orecchiabili, riff energici e testi introspettivi che affrontano temi come l'adolescenza, la solitudine e la ricerca di identità. Tra i brani più rappresentativi si ricordano "The Great Escape", "My Heart Is a Fist" e "This is the End". Rufio ha collaborato con artisti come The Used e Yellowcard, contribuendo a definire l'evoluzione del pop punk negli anni 2000.
