Warren G, pseudonimo di Warren Griffin III, è un rapper, beatmaker e produttore discografico statunitense nato a Long Beach, California, nel 1964. Attivo dal 1992, ha raggiunto la fama internazionale con il suo album di debutto *Regulate...G Funk Era*, che includeva il singolo di successo "Regulate" in collaborazione con Nate Dogg. Warren G è considerato uno dei pionieri del genere G funk, caratterizzato da ritmi lenti e melodie sincopate, influenzato dal suono West Coast hip hop degli anni '90. Ha collaborato con numerosi artisti di spicco, tra cui Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg e Ice Cube. Tra i suoi brani più noti figurano "This Is the Life", "I Want It All" e "G Funkin' Ain't a Thang".
