This planet is full of cowards
This planet is full of love
This planet is full of victims
This planet is full of thugs
This life is what you make it
You could be broke and in heaven
Your vision's where you take
the mental's the strongest weapon
reppin' it while you steppin'
this life is the greatest lesson
this lesson the greatest blessing
how dare we waste it by stressin'
believe in one love
can die for one drug
killed Martin the king of peace we once loved
and it's everybody problem
cause everybody profit
and everybody diein'
until everybody stop it
it ain't no use in this brain unless we make a move
if you civilized then get it right
and do what you should do
everytime I try to win
oh I always seem to lose
oh but I'm givin' it my best
yeah I'm tryin' to break through
everytime I have a dream
no it never seems to come true
and I'm givin' it my all
now it's time to do
cause
This is the life
This is the life
This is the life I've been given
This is the life
This is the life
So let's make our dreams come true
We gotta simplify the truth
We gotta get back to our roots
Have to fall down on our knees
And be willin' to give up everything
I'm focusin' my hope
On this world we on to be over
I opened up my eyes
And this world we on could get longer
Children experience hunger
Stomachs is full of wonder
From the sands in Sudan
To the in Ruanda
It's everybody problem
cause everybody profit
and everybody diein'
until everybody stop it
it ain't no use in this brain unless we make a move
if you civilized then get it right
and do what you should do
everytime I try to win
oh I always seem to lose
oh but I'm givin' it my best
yeah I'm tryin' to break through
everytime I have a dream
no it never seems to come true
and I'm givin' it my all
now it's time to do
cause
This is the life (This is the life we're given)
This is the life
This is the life I've been given
This is the life (This is the life)
This is the life
So let's make our dreams come true
Peace, don't say it unless you mean it
Peace, gotta live it gotta breath that
It ain't a word baby, this a way of life
On my knees (will the angels come and sing to me)
This is the life we're given
(now your eyes can see the truth)
This is the life
(now your eyes can see the truth)
Will the angels come and sing to me
everytime I try to win
oh I always seem to lose
oh but I'm givin' it my best
yeah I'm tryin' to break through
everytime I have a dream
no it never seems to come true
and I'm givin' it my all
now it's time to do
cause
This is the life (this is the life we're given)
This is the life (now your eyes can see the truth)
This is the life I've been given
This is the life (this is the life)
This is the life (now your eyes can see the truth)
So let's make our dreams come true
Will the angels come and sing to me
