Leaders of the New School sono un gruppo hip-hop americano formatosi a Uniondale, New York, composto da Charlie Brown, Dinco D e Cut Monitor Milo, originari di Uniondale, e dal rapper Busta Rhymes proveniente dal Brooklyn. Il gruppo ha iniziato la sua carriera aprendo i concerti del gruppo hip-hop Public Enemy, con Chuck D che diede a Busta Rhymes e Charlie Brown i loro nomi d'arte. Il loro stile musicale è caratterizzato da un flow aggressivo e testi incisivi, influenzati dalla cultura rap degli anni '90. Tra le loro canzoni più rappresentative ricordiamo "Passin' Me By", "Release Your Mind" e "A Little Bit of This".
