We Came As Romans è una band americana di metalcore formatasi nel 2005 ad Ohio. La formazione originale comprendeva Dave Stephens, Kyle Pavone, Joshua Moore, Lou Cotton e Blake Bargar. Il loro stile musicale si caratterizza per un mix di sonorità aggressive del metalcore con melodie melodiche e testi introspettivi che affrontano temi come la perdita, il dolore e la speranza. Tra i loro album più noti figurano "To Plant A Seed" (2009), "Understanding What We've Grown To Be" (2011) e "Tracing Back Roots" (2014). Nel 2018 Pavone è tragicamente scomparso, lasciando un vuoto incolmabile nella band.
