Róisín Marie Murphy, nota semplicemente come Roisin Murphy, è una cantautrice e musicista irlandese naturalizzata britannica. È nata a Dungarvan, Irlanda, nel 1973. Ha raggiunto la fama internazionale come voce del duo elettronico Moloko, attivo dal 1995 al 2004. Con il gruppo ha pubblicato tre album di successo: *Do You Know Me Now?*, *Things Are Getting Better* e *Statues*. Dopo lo scioglimento di Moloko, Murphy ha intrapreso una brillante carriera da solista, pubblicando sei album in studio fino ad oggi.
