Wait for you, for you
I will wait for you, I will wait for you
Higher, saying higher-er-er-er
Ayy (ATL Jacob, ATL Jacob)
Look
Louis V luggage, who is she fuckin'? (Ooh-ooh)
Huggin' on me tight as the shoe I am stuck in
And truly, I'm lucky for fuckin' with shorty for all this time
It felt like I was callin' blind, but still could call her mine
Your friend like a cop, the way she lock the line (Ooh-ooh)
Plans, I was plottin' mise
You a star player, from the stands, I was jottin' lines
And in your hands, I allotted mines
Own seller made amends sittin' over cottage wine
Lookin' at your body with my toxic eyes (World was ending)
You and all your foreign curves lookin' like some hot design (Would you cry or would you try to get me?)
Who alive for [dotted lines?]? (Tell me now, I want you to be clear, yeah)
Imaginary contracts, but shorty make me feel like you gotta sign (Tell me now, I want you to be clear, yeah)
Before you runnin' out of time
Look you in your eyes, but, ain't nobody's stare as hot as mine (I will wait for you, for you)
Aimin' for your soul, shot my shot, but it was left like I was Stoudamire (I will wait for you)
The leaves stripping off the trees, watchin' Adam cry (I will wait for you)
Feel like my soul dark as Gotham sky (I will wait, will wait for you)
But, see, shorty like sunflowers and rain showers (For you)
I been the one to hold protection when the pain towers (I will wait for you)
And when the world feels like it's fallin' on you, the problems keep crawlin' on you (I will wait for you)
Gear-shiftin' and everything's stallin' on you
Here I am, poppin' up as fate and still callin' on you (Ooh-ooh)
I paint the picture on your body, like I'm drawin' on you
You see many, but somehow, I don't see a flaw upon you
You got that million-dollar— They low-ballin' on you
Yeah, kissin' you feel like lightin' this weed, shorty is right on my speed (I will wait for you, for you)
Conceded with you, shorty, you know you high in my steez (I will wait for you)
I show you passion, but, it seem like you like when I bleed (I will wait for you)
Feelings all over my face, hard day, I ride on my sleeve (I will wait, will wait for you)
The arguments are always toxic, it's right on your niche (For you)
You talkin' to me like you got me on some kind of leash (I will wait for you)
I'm talkin' to you like I really need some time and peace (I will wait for you)
Tryna back out of this house we created, but can't find a lease (Ooh, ooh)
Denyin' us and everything that we was tryna be
I lock you out enough, and somehow, you just find the key
You got me thinkin', "God, is this what this designed to be?"
Started as my dog, along the way I started findin' fleas (Will wait for you)
Slimy ways and envy and greed (For you)
I hate you ended bein' who they said you would be (Will wait for you)
With your pretentious pleas and all of my attention seeks (Will wait for you)
Over-expressive needs, feelings on extensive leave (Ooh, ooh)
Mentally, you fucked up more than I am (Ooh, ooh)
Physically and mentally, I'm fucked up for over tryin'
That's why I'm prayin' to the stars, layin' over Zion
God know I ain't perfect, but Lord knows that I'm tryin'
For real (Ooh, ooh)
