Magellan è un gruppo musicale hard rock/progressive rock formatosi nel 1991 negli Stati Uniti. Il duo Trent e Wayne Gardner ha dato vita a un sound caratterizzato da riff pesanti, melodie intricate e testi introspettivi. Tra i loro album più noti figurano "Hundred Year Flood", "Symphony for a Misanthrope" e "Impossible Figures". La band è stata attiva fino al 2001, lasciando un'impronta significativa nel panorama musicale underground.
