Leslie Sebastian Charles, noto al mondo come Billy Ocean, è un cantante trinidadiano naturalizzato britannico. Nato a Port of Spain, Trinidad e Tobago, nel 1950, ha iniziato la sua carriera musicale negli anni '70 con il gruppo The Seagulls.
