Billy Ray Cyrus è un cantautore, musicista e attore statunitense nato a Flatwoods, West Virginia, il 25 agosto 1961. Noto per aver portato al successo la musica country pop negli anni '90 con il suo singolo "Achy Breaky Heart", Cyrus ha venduto oltre 10 milioni di album in tutto il mondo.
