Joe è un batterista giapponese noto per essere stato il membro del gruppo rock "hide with Spread Beaver". La sua carriera musicale si è concentrata principalmente sulla collaborazione con l'artista Hideto Matsumoto, meglio conosciuto come hide. Joe ha contribuito a definire il sound di "hide with Spread Beaver", caratterizzato da sonorità hard rock e metal influenzate dal glam rock giapponese degli anni '90. Nonostante la breve durata del gruppo (1993-1998), Joe ha lasciato un segno significativo nella scena musicale giapponese, contribuendo a plasmare il sound di uno dei gruppi più iconici dell'epoca.
