Elbow è una rock band inglese formatasi a Bury, nel Greater Manchester, nel 1997. I membri attuali si sono conosciuti già nel 1990, suonando sotto diversi nomi prima di formare il gruppo attuale. Con un sound caratterizzato da melodie orecchiabili e testi introspettivi, Elbow ha conquistato una vasta fanbase in patria e all'estero. Tra i loro album più importanti figurano "Asleep in the Back" (2001), "Leaders of the Free World" (2008) e "The Take Off and Landing of Everything" (2014). Il gruppo è stato premiato con numerosi riconoscimenti, tra cui il Mercury Prize nel 2008 per l'album "Leaders of the Free World". Tra i brani più rappresentativi di Elbow ricordiamo "One Day Like This", "The Seldom Seen Kid" e "Lippy Kids".
