Meat Loaf, pseudonimo di Michael Lee Aday (1947-2022), è stato un cantante e attore statunitense. Noto per la sua potente voce e le performance teatrali, ha raggiunto fama internazionale negli anni '70 con l'album *Bat Out of Hell*, considerato uno dei più grandi album rock di tutti i tempi. L'album, prodotto da Jim Steinman, ha venduto oltre 43 milioni di copie in tutto il mondo e ha generato successi come "Paradise by the Dashboard Light" e "Two Out of Three Ain't Bad". Meat Loaf ha continuato a pubblicare album di successo negli anni '80 e '90, collaborando con artisti come Cher e Bonnie Tyler. Oltre alla musica, ha recitato in diversi film e serie TV, tra cui *Fight Club* e *Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny*.
