Primal Fear è un gruppo musicale tedesco di power metal formatosi nel 1997 a Germania. Il loro sound si caratterizza per riff heavy, melodie orecchiabili e una potente voce solista. Tra i membri più noti figurano il bassista Mat Sinner, il cantante Ralf Scheepers e il chitarrista Stefan Leibing. Primal Fear ha pubblicato numerosi album di successo, tra cui "Seven Seals", "Metal Is Forever: The Very Best of Primal Fear", "Devil's Ground", "Jaws of Death" e "Black Sun". Il gruppo è considerato uno dei pilastri del power metal europeo, con un seguito internazionale di appassionati. Tra i brani più rappresentativi si ricordano "Nuclear Fire", "Blood Red Skies" e "The Devil's Ground".
