Yesterday I was 21 and going on 28.
Many ways still the little spaghetti faced,
lemonade making from the generation.
Raising kids on killing their masturbation.
Like Jason and Jenna Jamieson
fornicated, made them a little alien,
naming him Damien
and I'm trading the way that you think
and then the government contaminates the water you drink.
String of the puppets roll out the robots
march to the same beat, so they know not what I'm saying,
it's the businessman suit and tie
and the differences with you and I.
[Hook:]
Won't Listen when he tell me, time to settle down,
time to get a house or it's time to mellow out.
No, and it's time to have kids
and I ain't going out like this, no nooo.
See the robots march to the same beat.
Same sheep all peddling the same beast.
Fate leaves you reeling in the women.
Don't have a dream, you're back to the begining.
Living your life, living your little mid-life crisis.
Stylers of Jonas Brothers and Miley Cyrus.
Life is more than marriage and having kids.
24 with the mortgage, divorcing at 36? Nah.
Come on now, nah, not me, not mean, party non-stop
like Tommy Lee and the Motley Crew.
You don't find youth at a swap-meet.
Not seeing friends, you forgot me.
Ask for one beer, I'm asking just for one call,
but you're too busy wasting that one life.
Know everyone fears, living alone.
If you pick up the phone at home and there's no one
and not
[Hook:]
Listen when they tell you, time to settle down,
or it's time to get a house or it's time to mellow out.
No, and it's time to have kids
and I ain't going out like this, no nooo.
Nah, you know why?
Cos I never liked school growing up
or showing up, mouse or a nah.
Cos I never liked no one, nah.
No wonder I never knew enough,
never stuck to a desk or 'til I'm gone.
You like this when you were young.
My dad would try to lure mum to fix me.
He needed a break like girls on a fixie.
He pleaded with Ma, "The kid needs a doctor."
What for? Cos I found porno in your sock drawer?
Kid's got a lockjaw, needs confidence.
It a being understep.
I know what you wanted when you were my age,
now I play in front of thousands.
Only f*****g difference with our outcome,
I wouldn't listen when you said settle down
or you said get a house or you said mellow out.
I wouldn't listen when you said have kids,
cos I knew I f*****g ain't going out like this, Nah.
[Hook:]
Don't listen, they said settle down,
time to get a house or it's time to mellow out.
No, and it's time to have kids
and I ain't going out like this, no nooo.
