Coldrain è una band giapponese di metalcore formatasi a Nagoya nel 2007. Il gruppo, composto da Masato (voce), Ryo (chitarra), Kazuki (basso) e Katsuma (batteria), si distingue per un sound potente e melodico che fonde elementi di heavy metal, nu metal e post-hardcore. Coldrain ha raggiunto una grande popolarità in Giappone e all'estero, pubblicando numerosi album di successo come "The Side Effects" (2011) e "Gone Away" (2014). I loro brani più noti includono "Revolution", "Inside Circle" e "Break It Down". La band è nota per i suoi energici concerti e la sua dedizione ai fan. Coldrain ha collaborato con artisti come Crossfaith e The GazettE, consolidando il suo posto nella scena musicale giapponese.
