Rick Springfield, pseudonimo di Richard Lewis Springthorpe, è un cantautore, musicista e attore australiano nato a Sydney nel 1949. Iniziò la sua carriera musicale negli anni '70 con il gruppo Zoot, raggiungendo il successo internazionale come solista negli anni '80 con brani come "Jessie's Girl".
