Sleater-Kinney è un gruppo musicale statunitense di genere alternative rock, formatosi a Olympia, Washington, nel 1994. Le componenti fondatrici sono Corin Tucker (voce, chitarra), Carrie Brownstein (chitarra, voce) e Janet Weiss (batteria). Il nome del gruppo deriva da una strada che attraversa il quartiere di Lacey nella città di Olympia. Le Sleater-Kinney hanno raggiunto un'ampia popolarità negli anni '90 e 2000 grazie al loro sound energico e alle liriche femministe, diventando un punto di riferimento per la scena indie rock americana. Tra i loro album più importanti figurano *Dig Me Out* (1997), *The Hot Rock* (2000) e *All Hands on the Bad One* (2015).
