Chromeo è un duo electrofunk originario di Montreal, Canada, composto da P-Thugg (Patrick Gemayel) ai tasti, sintetizzatori e talk box, e Dave 1 (David Macklovitch) alla chitarra e voce principale. I due amici d'infanzia si descrivono scherzosamente come «l'unica partnership araba/ebraica di successo dall'alba della cultura umana». Il loro secondo album, "Fancy Footwork", è stato il loro grande successo mainstream. Chromeo ha contribuito a rilanciare l'electrofunk negli anni 2000, influenzando una nuova generazione di artisti.
