Devin The Dude è un rapper statunitense di hip hop underground. Noto per il suo stile rilassato e le rime introspettive, ha debuttato nel 1998 con la partecipazione a due brani dell'album *My Homies* del rapper Scarface. Ha rilasciato il suo album d'esordio nello stesso anno, guadagnandosi una reputazione di artista promettente grazie anche alla collaborazione con Dr. Dre nell'album *2001*. Tra i suoi album più apprezzati figurano *To Tha X-Treme* (2004) e *Waitin' To Inhale* (2007), quest'ultimo caratterizzato da collaborazioni con artisti di spicco come Andre 3000, Snoop Dogg e Lil Wayne. Devin The Dude è considerato un artista underground influente, apprezzato per la sua originalità e il suo approccio unico al rap.
