Redd Kross è un gruppo musicale alternativo rock statunitense formatosi a Los Angeles nel 1980. Composto dai fratelli Jeff e Steve McDonald, insieme a altri musicisti che hanno fatto parte del gruppo nel corso degli anni, Redd Kross ha raggiunto una certa notorietà negli anni '80 grazie al loro sound pop-punk energico e alle influenze punk rock e new wave. Il loro album di debutto, *Teen Babes from Monsanto*, pubblicato nel 1982, è considerato un classico del genere alternative rock. Nel corso della loro carriera, Redd Kross ha collaborato con artisti come The Minutemen e Dinosaur Jr., e ha pubblicato diversi album di successo, tra cui *Neurotica* (1986) e *Third Eye* (1988). Dopo una pausa nel 1997, il gruppo si è riunito nel 2004 e continua a registrare e esibirsi. Tra i brani più rappresentativi di Redd Kross figurano "Teen Babes from Monsanto", "Annie Get Your Gun" e "The Big One".
