Aaron Roderick Gillespie è un musicista statunitense, noto per la sua attività come batterista e cantante. È considerato uno dei pilastri del genere christian metalcore/screamo grazie alla sua partecipazione fondativa all'Underoath, band con cui ha raggiunto grande successo negli anni 2000. Dopo lo scioglimento dell'Underoath, Gillespie ha formato The Almost, gruppo alternative rock/emo che ha continuato a esplorare sonorità più melodiche e introspettive. Nel periodo tra il 2013 e il 2016, ha collaborato con i Paramore come batterista turnista durante i loro tour, dimostrando la sua versatilità musicale.
