Capdown è stata una band hardcore punk formatasi nel 1997 in Inghilterra. Conosciuti per il loro sound energico e le liriche politiche, hanno pubblicato diversi album tra cui "Pound for the Sound", "Wind Up Toys", "capdown / link 80", "Civil Disobedients" e "New Revolutionaries". La band ha contribuito a definire l'hardcore punk britannico degli anni '90 e continua ad essere apprezzata da un pubblico fedele. Tra i brani più rappresentativi si ricordano "The Sound of Silence", "No More Heroes" e "Civil Disobedience".
