Mutemath è un gruppo musicale rock statunitense originario di New Orleans, in Louisiana. Fondato nel 2003, il quartetto è noto per la sua musica elettronica sperimentale che fonde elementi di rock alternativo, post-rock e world music. Il loro sound caratteristico è caratterizzato da ritmi sincopati, melodie orecchiabili e testi introspettivi. Tra i brani più noti figurano "Typical", "Spotlight" e "Blood", tratti dall'album di debutto "Armistice" (2006). Il gruppo ha collaborato con artisti come The Glitch Mob e Skrillex, contribuendo a definire il panorama musicale alternativo degli anni 2010.
