Great Big Sea è un gruppo musicale canadese di folk-rock proveniente da Terranova e Labrador. Noto per le energiche interpretazioni rock di canzoni tradizionali della musica folcloristica di Terranova, tra cui sea shanties, che si ispirano all'eredità irlandese, inglese e francese dell'isola risalente a 500 anni fa.
