Posted sign on a pine, at end of the driveway
Red, white and blue flying high over our place
Single cab in that grass with a rack in the back
"Don't Tread On Me" bumper sticker
Boy, if that don't paint the picture
If you're breaking in, I'll break it down
Them dogs ain't what you gotta worry 'bout
You'll hear it 'fore ya see it
Keep it close in case we need it
If you want trouble, best believe it's
By the Bible, by the bed
We keep that chamber loaded
With that "Meet Your Maker" on it
Ask them neighbors. Man, they know it
Ain't just for them copperheads
Before you bust in that door
Just so you know what's ahead
That loaded 44
Ain't just for them copperheads
You will get your ass shot out here, boy
Now don't get me wrong, we'll pull one on a diamond-headed nope rope
But that ain't why we bought these Sigs and Smith & Wesson smoke poles
If I'm gone still ain't what you wanna do
'Cause my baby's hotter than that gun and she can shoot it too
You'll hear it 'fore ya see it
Keep it close in case we need it
If you want trouble, best believe it's by the Bible by the bed
We keep that chamber loaded
With that "Meet Your Maker" on it
Ask them neighbors. Man, they know it
Ain't just for them copperheads
Before you bust in that door
Just so you know what's ahead
That loaded 44
Ain't just for them copperheads
If you're breaking in, I'll break it down
Them dogs ain't what you gotta worry 'bout
You'll hear it 'fore ya see it
Keep it close in case we need it
If you come where my babies sleep
I'll bust you in your fuckin' head
We keep that chamber loaded
With that "Meet Your Maker" on it
Ask them neighbors. Man, they know it
Ain't just for them copperheads
Before you bust in that door
Just so you know what's ahead
That loaded 44
Ain't just for them copperheads
