I Transplants sono una band americana di rap rock formatasi a Los Angeles nel 1999. Il gruppo è composto da membri provenienti da diverse realtà musicali, tra cui il rapper Travis Barker dei Blink-182 e il cantante/bassista Rob Aston. La loro musica fonde sonorità punk rock con elementi hip hop, creando un sound energico e aggressivo che ha conquistato un seguito di fan appassionati. I Transplants hanno pubblicato tre album in studio: "Transplants" (2002), "Sex and Violence" (2005) e "The Greatest Hits" (2016). Tra i brani più rappresentativi del gruppo ricordiamo "Diamonds and Guns", "We're All Gonna Die", e "I Don't Wanna Be Your Friend".
