Julian Fernando Casablancas (New York, 23 gennaio 1983) è un cantautore e musicista statunitense di origini spagnole. Noto per essere il frontman del gruppo rock The Strokes, ha contribuito a definire l'indie rock degli anni 2000 con album come "Is This It" (2001) e "Room on Fire" (2003). Casablancas è apprezzato per la sua voce distintiva e le sue melodie orecchiabili. Oltre ai The Strokes, ha collaborato con artisti come The Jesus and Mary Chain e collaborato al progetto musicale The Voidz, con cui ha pubblicato album come "Tyranny" (2014) e "Virtue" (2018). Tra i brani più rappresentativi di Casablancas figurano "Last Nite", "Someday", "Reptilia" e "Human Sadness".
