Dirty Rotten Imbeciles (D.R.I.) sono una band crossover thrash originaria di Houston, Texas. Considerati pionieri del genere crossover, hanno contribuito a definirlo con il loro album del 1987 "Crossover". Attualmente la band è ancora attiva, ma non ha rilasciato nuovi materiali dal 1995 con l'album "Full Speed Ahead". Il loro sound aggressivo e veloce, un mix di punk rock e thrash metal, li ha resi una delle band più influenti del genere crossover. Tra i brani rappresentativi si ricordano "Crazy World", "Violent World" e "I Don't Care".
