Bloodbound è una band heavy metal svedese formatasi nel 2004. Il gruppo è stato fondato da Fredrik Bergh e Tomas Olsson, ex membri di Street Talk. Il loro primo album, *Nosferatu*, è uscito nel 2005 con Urban Breed (Tad Morose) alla voce. L'album ha ricevuto recensioni entusiastiche dalla stampa musicale svedese e ha portato la band ad aprire per Evergrey e a headliner il primo giorno del Gothenburg Metal Festival. Nel 2007, Bloodbound ha pubblicato *Book of the Dead*, che ha visto l'ingresso di Michael Bormann (Jaded Heart) alla voce. Altri membri noti della band includono Pelle Åkerlind (Morgana Lefay). Il loro stile musicale è caratterizzato da riff pesanti, melodie orecchiabili e un sound epico tipico del heavy metal classico.
