That's what it is, but as far as bein' an emcee, you know
The first rapper that really got me into wanting be an emcee was a dude by the name of Big L
Yeah, Mac Miller, bitch
Uh, way to go, never runnin' out of gas
Hundred-twenty on the dash, I don't never need a map
Mr. Tom-Tom, can you please direct me where I'm goin'?
Take a journey through my head, you'll be Motrin
Lickin' and splittin' it, rollin' and hittin' it, bitches never change up
Boy meets the world, no Cory and Topanga
Different kinds of haters always tend to twist they face up
Bitches want some magic, I ain't with Hermione Granger
Lace up your cleanin' shoes, throw on designer clothes
Grab your best weed, alcohol and finest hoes
Finna have a player's ball, have her make the call
Colors so bright and flamboyant that I paint the wall
Every time I walk by, have these bitches cock-eyed
Smokin' on some spinach, get me strong, call me Popeye
You with them chicken heads, they just tryna get ya bread
Think you gettin' pussy, end the night with just a kiss instead
I'll remember you forever and ever (We will be here forever, forever)
And what the world has put you through (Forever and ever and ever )I'll hear your voice forever and ever (Forever, do you understand that?)
I can hear you, can you hear me too? (Forever)
Ayo, my whole entourage is large from here to Vegas
Imitators hate us 'cause we sport gators and flavors
Put snitches in boxes, coppers and federals watch us
They tried everything in this world to lock us but can't stop us
I use a chrome gat to push domes back
Watch how you talk when you call me, feds got my phone tapped
This rap game, I put my life in it
Chain got mega ice in it
Push an Infinit', chrome rims, light-tinted
Fat like an old crayon, smooth as rayon
L is who the ladies stay on, baby, play on
I stay jeweled up, pockets swelled up from banks I held up
Plenty bitch-ass niggas Big L stuffed
I'll remember you forever and ever (We will be here forever, forever)
And what the world has put you through (Forever and ever and ever)
I'll hear your voice forever and ever (Forever, do you understand that?)
I can hear you, can you hear me too? (Forever)
You
D.I.T.C., nigga
Forever
Big L è noto per brani come "M.V.P.", "Ebonics" e "Lifestyle", contenuti nell'album postumo "The Big Picture".
