Frameshift è un gruppo musicale di progressive rock/metal guidato da Henning Pauly. Il loro primo album, *Unweaving the Rainbow*, è un concept album basato sull'opera di Richard Dawkins, scienziato e scrittore, e presenta la voce di James LaBrie dei Dream Theater. Il secondo concept album, *An Absence of Empathy*, include Sebastian Bach e altri musicisti. Henning Pauly ha dichiarato sul suo sito web che un futuro album di Frameshift sarà adattato da un libro di Richard Dawkins, *The God Delusion*, ma presenterà due cantanti: Magali Luyten (Virus IV, Beautiful Sin, Ayreon) e Dan Swano (Nightingale, Edge of Sanity, Ayreon). Prima di questo album, verrà pubblicato un album intitolato *Loading Oakfield* con la voce di Alexander Froese dei Knockdown Industries. Questo album non sarà un concept album. Un quarto album di Frameshift potrebbe essere rilasciato già nel 2010.
