Alesana è un gruppo musicale statunitense formatosi nel 2004 a Wilmington, North Carolina. Il loro sound si colloca nell'ambito dell'alternative rock e del post-hardcore, caratterizzato da atmosfere emotive e melodie orecchiabili.
